Through the Inspired Pathways Scholarship, Hormel Foods will provide two-year community college tuition to the dependent children of all benefits eligible U.S. team members, beginning with the class entering college in 2021-2022.
What is Inspired Pathways?
Inspired Pathways has two parts:
- The Hormel Inspired Pathways Scholarship offering children of Hormel employees two years of tuition-free community college.
- A College Admission Guidance program created and led by former college admissions professionals.
Who can participate?
While the scholarship is for current high school seniors; the workshops, newsletters, presentations by current college and university admissions officers, application and financial aid support are open to all members of the Hormel community!
How can I find out more?
Our current workshop series is designed based on the timeline needed for current high school seniors. It covers the important foundational aspects of the college-going process. That said, even if you’re not a senior, we’re more than happy to have all interested community members join!
Additionally, you can reach out to our Advising Team, or schedule office hours with Nate using the floating link on the right of the page.
How can I help?
We are creating community mentorship committees and organizing College Coaches to provide mentorship and resources to our students, including assistance with applications, internships and other career development opportunities. If you’re a team member interested in volunteering, please reach out below!
