Our second class of Hormel Inspired Pathways Scholars are finishing up their freshman year of college. Because of the overwhelming academic success of these students, Hormel has decided to create a new internship component of the Inspired Pathways Program to give some of our high flyers the opportunity to gain invaluable real world experiences in a corporate setting.
In collaboration with Hormel’s award winning internship program, Inspired Pathways will help some of our most successful scholars engage in meaningful internships in the fields of accounting, marketing, business management, and engineering.
Paired with a professional in their field, our students will gain hands-on experience that will not only help them determine their preferred career path, but will also give them a big leg-up when they begin applying for jobs post-graduation.
